Hi, I’m Farrah Aviles
I am the co-founder of FJ Grant Solutions and a strategic funding consultant with a proven track record of helping nonprofits and organizations secure competitive funding and build sustainable, funder-ready programs.
She has successfully supported organizations in securing over half a million dollars in grant awards and more than $50,000 in program revenue, working across foundation, corporate, and government funding streams to expand organizational impact and long-term sustainability.
Known for a strategic and results-driven approach, Farrah combines rigorous funding research, compelling proposal development, and compliance expertise to guide organizations through the full funding lifecycle, from opportunity identification to award, reporting, and renewal.
With a strong background in program development, budgeting, and evaluation, she is passionate about strengthening organizational capacity and helping mission-driven leaders position their programs for long-term growth and measurable impact.

Hi, I'm Justine Moton!
I am the co-founder of FJ Grant Solutions and seasoned outreach and human resources professional with over 15 years of experience building systems, partnerships, and strategies that strengthen organizations from the inside out. I bring a unique blend of operational expertise, talent development, and community engagement to help organizations align their people, processes, and partnerships for long-term growth and mission success.
As Director of Outreach for Sister Circle International, I have led community engagement efforts that included more than 75 outreach events and activities, reaching over 6,500 women and youth across the Triad area. Through Sister MeetUps, mentorship programs, community service initiatives, and partnerships with more than 80 local organizations, I have helped strengthen community connections and expand opportunities for meaningful engagement.
My work has supported initiatives such as blessing bag distributions, G.L.O.W. Youth Mentorship throughout Guilford County Schools and communities, Pathways Center dinner service, and the Simple Gesture food drive. I am passionate about building strong partnerships and helping mission-driven organizations expand their reach and impact through strategic outreach and collaboration.
